• Civil Engineering Graduate and Master in Management Studies (MBA) from University of Mumbai with PG in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, trained on SAP – HR (R/3) and other ERP Environment software

• Competent in manpower planning & budgeting, recruiting talent across levels, managing compensation & benefits, developing effective performance management system & training initiatives, managing HR operations for multiple locations

• Certified assessor for assessment centre
